My name is Paula Ruiz del Portal Vega, Graduate in Building Sciences and Technologies from the University of Seville and member number 3.039 in the Official College of Technical Architecture of Cádiz (COAAT Cádiz).
I carry out my professional activity by offering a comprehensive service in the building and construction sector, supporting individuals, companies, and professionals throughout the different phases of each project. My work ranges from the technical management of construction projects and the coordination of health and safety to the drafting and management of rehabilitation, adaptation, and implementation projects.
I also handle the processing of opening and activity licenses, energy efficiency certificates for homes and businesses, license management and administrative procedures, as well as technical assistance services. My goal is to provide effective solutions tailored to the needs of each project, combining technical expertise, personalized attention, and rigorous management to facilitate the entire process, from initial planning to project completion.
